I am Ralph Press the administrator of this website. I was involved in a medical malpractice lawsuit regarding the wrongful death of my wife Phyllis at the hands of Dr. Sidney A. Hollin, a neurosurgeon operating out of Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC. The lawsuit against Dr. Hollin’s estate (he had pre-deceased Phyllis) was handled by Preston J. Douglas who was working at the law firm of Fuchsberg and Fuchsberg in NYC. The case was summarily dismissed and never made it to trial as Mr. Douglas grossly mishandled the case and wrote utterly ridiculous legal arguments based upon the evidence.
